Production, Sourcing & Quality Control

Where do you source your raw materials for essential oils?

We source high-quality raw plant materials from over 200 eco-friendly farms across China and select international regions. All sources follow sustainable and ethical harvesting practices. Our batch tracking system ensures full traceability from farm to finished product.

We primarily use steam distillation and cold pressing, depending on the oil type. Our facility is equipped with two molecular distillation systems and advanced separation equipment to ensure purity, consistency, and high yield. We also offer CO2 extraction for specific premium formulations. Here is a list of Our facility capability:

  • A 100,000-grade cleanroom extraction line

  • An 800 m² ISO-standard clean laboratory

  • Multiple extraction tanks:

    • Two 3,300L units

    • One 5,000L unit

    • One 6,000L unit

  • Dedicated technical labs including:

    • Microbiology testing room

    • UV spectrophotometry room

    • High-temperature room

    • Culture chamber

    • Precision balance room

    • Analytical instrument lab

    • Chemical testing room

    • Retention sample room

Every batch of raw material undergoes strict inspection before processing. We test for botanical identity, pesticide residues, heavy metals, and moisture content. Only materials that meet our specifications are approved for distillation.

Our essential oils are produced in a GMP-standard facility through standardized distillation, filtration, and bottling processes. Each stage is closely monitored and documented. After extraction, oils are analyzed for quality using GC-MS, and stored in temperature-controlled, food-grade stainless steel tanks.

We use in-house testing equipment including:

  • Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)

  • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

  • Optical rotation, refractive index, and density meters

Each product is shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and optional MSDS or GC-MS reports. We follow ISO and GMP protocols to ensure safety, purity, and regulatory compliance.

Safety & Usage Guidelines

How should essential oils be stored?

Essential oils should be stored in tightly sealed, dark glass containers away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Ideal storage conditions are between 10–25°C (50–77°F) in a cool, dry place. Proper storage preserves potency and prevents oxidation. For bulk essential oil orders, we use stainless steel drums and food-grade lining for added protection during transport and storage.

No. Most essential oils are highly concentrated and should not be used undiluted. We recommend diluting them in a carrier oil (like jojoba or coconut) before topical application. The typical dilution rate is 1–5%, depending on usage. Always conduct a patch test first. We provide dilution guides and formulation assistance upon request.

Some essential oils may not be suitable for children or pets. For example, eucalyptus and peppermint can be too strong for infants, and tea tree oil may be toxic to cats. We recommend clients consult with medical professionals or veterinarians when formulating products for these sensitive groups. As an essential oil manufacturer, we can provide usage guidelines, documentation, and allergen declarations to support safe product development.

Essential oils like clary sage, rosemary, cinnamon, and basil should typically be avoided during pregnancy unless under professional supervision. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before using essential oils while pregnant or breastfeeding. Our team can help you identify safer alternatives for use in maternal care or pregnancy-friendly products.

The most common application methods include:

  • Topical (with dilution): Used in massage oils, balms, and skincare

  • Inhalation or diffusion: Ideal for stress relief and respiratory support

  • Bathing (pre-mixed): Oils must be diluted in a dispersant before use in water

  • Food-grade oils (if applicable): Must comply with food safety regulations

Our R&D team can help you formulate safe products across all categories.

  • Always dilute before applying to the skin

  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Use only food-grade oils for ingestible applications

We supply COAs, MSDS, and IFRA usage documentation to help ensure your products meet global safety standards.
