Our standard minimum order quantity is low – in fact, we can accept trial orders starting around 1 kg for many of our oils. This low MOQ is designed to allow new customers to evaluate our products or to support clients with smaller-scale needs. For regularly scheduled or bulk orders, the MOQ may vary by product and packaging (for instance, certain bulk oils might be shipped in 25 kg drums or larger). However, we generally keep MOQs as low as practical and can often arrange small trial shipments upon discussion. We believe in growing with our clients, so whether you need one kilogram for R&D or several tons for production, we’re ready to fulfill your requirements.

Absolutely. We understand the importance of evaluating quality before making a commitment, especially in B2B partnerships. We provide free samples of our essential oils or extracts to serious prospective customers so you can test them in your application. Typically, we offer small sample sizes (e.g. 10–50 ml, or a few ounces) for evaluation. We can usually dispatch sample requests very quickly – often within a few days – as part of our fast prototyping service. (In fact, our R&D team can prepare custom sample blends in as little as 72 hours when needed.) We may ask you to cover shipping costs for the sample, especially for international addresses, but the sample product itself is provided at no charge. This way, you can verify the aroma, purity, and compatibility of our oils with your product requirements before placing a bulk order.

We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time for orders. For most standard products in stock, our production lead time is only about 3–7 days before dispatch. Thanks to our efficient processes and ample inventory, we are able to ship orders faster than the industry average. If you require a custom formulation or specific packaging (ODM/OEM), the lead time is a bit longer – usually on the order of a few weeks. For example, a fully customized product (with unique formulation or packaging design) might take approximately 2–4 weeks to produce after sample approval. We work closely with clients on scheduling, and our project management team ensures deadlines are met. Overall, our agile supply chain (including a just-in-time production approach) enables us to deliver products promptly and reliably.

We typically operate on standard trade terms like FOB (Free on Board), shipping the goods to your nearest port or airport, but we can also accommodate CIF or DDP terms as needed. We offer both air freight and sea freight options depending on your timeline and cost preferences. For smaller or urgent orders, we can arrange air shipment (or express courier for samples), whereas larger bulk orders often go by sea in drums or IBC containers. Our team handles all the necessary export documentation and customs paperwork for you. This includes providing commercial invoices, packing lists, COAs, MSDS, and any certificates required for import compliance. We help review and organize all paperwork to guarantee smooth shipping and customs clearance. With our logistics expertise and network of freight partners, we ensure that your order is delivered safely, on time, and with full transparency throughout the process.

For example, many of our essential oils intended for the EU market are registered under EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) where applicable, ensuring they meet EU chemical safety standards. Oils used in fragrances adhere to IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety guidelines on usage levels. For food and nutraceutical applications, our ISO22000 certification attests to food-grade production practices, and we can comply with FDA or EFSA guidelines as needed for specific extracts.
